Mourners Project / Music Album
On a melancholic evening in a house in central Tehran, we performed an hour and fifteen minutes of improvisation with two synthesizers, the Korg Minilogue and the Korg Opsix. This album is the raw outcome of that session, only lightly edited, with some sections left behind.

Depuis que je suis ici, j’ai lu des lettres d’artistes partis à l’étranger à leurs amis. Il y a quelque temps, j’ai lu une lettre d’un écrivain iranien Gholamhossein Saadi, à son amoureuse. ça a été comme si je l’avais écrite moi-même :

for performer, ghosts, objects, audience, and space -While we’re here, they’re already dead- consists of five main materials: a light table, a camera, several artificial hands, and objects. Each of these materials comes from different places.

A self-portrait The starting point of this piece began a few years ago. When many different incidents, images, and events began to penetrate my mind. Some stayed, some got transformed and some made changes in me.

Asylum is the product of our insignificance. The language of the play, continuing the way of our previous play “Forti”, is a made-up language.

The Red Riding Hood is a free adaptation of a folk tale named Little red riding hood. (in Iran this story is known as SHENEL GHERMEZI).

FORTI
FORTI is a story of a family which we see their dine in five different night. The Language spoken in this play isn’t Persian or any known language for that matter; But a unique language designed for FORTI.

The Tragic Changes of Sir SAAD`s Life
It has a story about a mental ill (Schizophrenia) who is keeping in an old house as a private psychiatric house. Most of the story is in stating motionless with the patient’s long monologue explaining the things around him.
